^just took this pic at 12midnight in ze toilet. i must be crazy to camwhore at a time like this, especially when its known as the “seventh month” if you get what i mean. this picture is exclusive desu, because its the only photo you’ll ever get to see of me in specs. Hah!
Mugging desu! ..because my Medical Sociology paper is liek, tmr desu 
Health & Social Psychology paper’s over~!
And then there’s Adult Nursing, Anatomy & Physiology 2B and Pharmacology papers next week.

Do you prefer spectacles/contact lenses? Have seen quite a few blogs discuss about this. I have been wearing spectacles since 6 years old(ORZ), but started wearing contact lenses daily ever since 14 years old. It all started when when i worn contact lenses to school once, and all my friends told me I look a lot better withOUT spectacles. T.T

Besides that, contact lenses a lot more convenient IMO. I take less than 30 seconds to wear my lenses, and in exchange for that 30 seconds it brings me a lot more convenience. Such as sports. Used to hate ball games in primary school due to the balls always hitting my spectacles and causing injuries on my face (OTL). to be fair, i guess thats clumsiness on my part too but ssshhh
Also, I find myself pushing up my glasses up a lot. it always tends to slide down. Perhaps my nose isn’t tall enough?
Once last year, I wore spectacles to school for one of my exam papers. My classmate couldn’t recognize me — wtf? is it that bad? :/

Another incident was that, I was walking my dog around the neighbour in spectacles, and my best friend couldn’t recognize me. She recognized my dog instead! She was all like,
friend, “ooooh jack russell terrier! so cute! *runs to pat dog*”
friend, “eh? isn’t this Bomber?”
friend, “*looks up* OMG ITS KAORI~!!!11″
me, “…..wtf~!!” =_=”!
And ever since then, I’ve been wearing contact lenses out daily without fail.

My boyfriend always laughs whenever he gets reminded of that incident, but he actually prefers me to wear spectacles at home because the idea of wearing contact lenses scare him. >_>;

So, what’s your take? Lulz.
In any case, my short sightedness is damn bad. My right eye’s 600, left eye’s 550. On top of that, I even have astigmatism of 250 for both eyes. Gah. In short, i’m practically blind without glasses/contact lenses. D;
Anyway, its the exam period nao and I’ve been staying home being a closet g33k like this for the entire week already. heh. Closet g33k ftw~

I think, wear specs for convenience and contacts for aesthetics sake. XD

and..i prefer contacts too! because i have a flat nose, my glasses always slide down. and the constant sliding down and pushing up had left scars on my nose before.
but my boyfriend and brother also don’t like the idea of me wearing contacts. hahaha!!!
i always think i look very differnt wearing specs too…but whenever i ask the people around me, they say i look the same.
