Black Alice, Cathay Level 4. Tim got distribution rights from both BSSB & Angelic Pretty, so all the brands that are sold there are the same retail prices as stores in Japan. 
Save the shipping and commission costs, go down to Black Alice now..! It really feels surreal and warm to see BSSB here.. especially when there are too many so-called lolita shops in this tiny country bringing in overpriced china fakes with really bad material and fugly lace tarnishing the image of Lolita to the mainstream. I’ve seen 2 mediacorp actresses wearing really fugly china fakes on tv, I think they ought to know about Black Alice, liek srsly. :/
